call for speakers
Are you passionate about the people side of software development?
We need your help amplifying the importance of a developer first leadership approach at our inaugural conference on Friday, June 12th, 2020 at Minneapolis Marriott Southwest!
Speakers can and should represent a large diversity of roles in technology organizations: Engineers, Sr/Lead Engineers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, UX Designers, Engineering Managers, Technology Directors, Product Owners, and more.
Talks should be either 45 minutes (full length presentation) or 5 minutes (lightning lunch talks).
We have suggested a few topic ideas below, but feel free to go beyond them. We are especially seeking authentic and genuine presentations that include real-world experiences that deliver tactical learnings. However, all interesting ideas are welcome.
