From Simon Sinek's latest book, "The Infinite Game", we learn that many struggles we have as leaders come from having a "finite" mindset in a game that has no end, and that "the leaders who embrace an infinite mindset, in stark contrast, build stronger, more innovative, more inspiring organizations."

 

We can all learn to have an infinite mindset, but we first need to recognize the difference between finite and infinite games.
