onsite or virtual training

Trainings are carefully crafted to present foundational techniques, soft skills, and actionable frameworks necessary to be an effective leader in tech.

Trainers will come onsite or host a virtual private session for a talk, workshop focused on a particular leadership skill, or a full-day foundations training for new or seasoned leaders.

Sessions can be crafted uniquely to cater to your organization’s needs and can be scheduled as standalone training sessions, or in a sequenced series for leaders to complete over time.

Or, check out our out-of-box training offerings: Engineering Management 101 & Engineering Management 201
